About The Position

This is a high-volume, high-energy sales role where you will be on the phone extensively. You will build relationships with freight carriers, negotiate rates, solve problems, and compete to be one of the best. Your earning potential is uncapped and directly tied to your production and results. The role involves managing open loads, active shipments, and carrier relationships, making connections, moving freight, and achieving results. You will call freight carriers across North America to secure transportation, negotiate rates in real time, solve problems when issues arise during transit, develop strong carrier relationships, and meet daily activity goals. Your effort directly impacts your production and paycheck.

Requirements

Experience in a fast-paced, phone-heavy sales or customer-facing environment.
Comfort with rejection and the persistence to keep going.
A track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
A competitive mindset and desire to win.

Nice To Haves

Freight or logistics experience is helpful, but not required.
A bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
Experience in retail, hospitality, recruiting, inside sales, customer service, or another high-volume environment.

Responsibilities
