About The Position

3Eye Technologies is a premier IT channel distributor specializing in mobility solutions. We deliver a comprehensive portfolio of mobile hardware, software, and cloud solutions, leveraging strategic partnerships with top OEM vendors and carriers to empower a thriving channel ecosystem. We are seeking a dynamic Carrier Partner Manager to lead our engagement with AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and their extensive channel ecosystems. This role is responsible for establishing carrier-adjacent paths to market for 3Eye’s mobile solution portfolio and driving growth through strategic alignment with carrier partner ecosystems and alliance channel partners. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in a similar role, a deep understanding of the channel distribution landscape, and expertise with the three major carriers. This role can be hybrid or remote depending on the location of our ideal candidate.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years in a similar role, with demonstrated success in channel distribution and a strong understanding of AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile ecosystems.
  • Deep familiarity with flagship mobile device OEM lineups and the ability to align 3Eye’s portfolio with these products.
  • Proven ability to establish go-to-market strategies that drive value for both 3Eye and carrier partners.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with carrier channel teams and alliance partners.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey 3Eye’s value proposition to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making, with the ability to measure and report on success metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile channel teams to position 3Eye as the leading distributor of mobility solutions.
  • Establish carrier-adjacent paths to market, leveraging 3Eye’s mobile solution portfolio to complement and extend carrier offerings.
  • Partner with alliance channel partners to create and deliver comprehensive mobility solutions to market, driving mutual success for 3Eye and carrier ecosystems.
  • Stay up-to-date on flagship mobile device lineups from key OEMs, understanding their technical specifications, market positioning, and value to carrier ecosystems.
  • Effectively position 3Eye’s portfolio of mobile technology solutions to align with and enhance the value of flagship devices within the carrier ecosystem.
  • Educate and inform carrier channel teams and partners about 3Eye’s unique value proposition in the mobility space, including inventory management, credit consolidation, presales engineering, and demo environment support.
  • Develop and execute strategies that drive measurable growth in carrier-related sales and market share for 3Eye’s solutions.
