About The Position

The Carrier Operations Analyst plays a key role in delivering high-quality service across the enterprise, owning a portfolio of carrier relationships and driving operational excellence. This role serves as the primary point of contact for carriers, leading day-to-day execution while managing projects that improve efficiency, quality, and overall performance. You’ll take ownership of complex workstreams—balancing project delivery, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement. This is an opportunity to operate at both a tactical and strategic level, identifying smarter ways of working while ensuring seamless execution. Success in this role means delivering results, influencing stakeholders, and continuously improving processes to reduce risk, enhance quality, and scale operations.

Requirements

  • Experience managing mid-to-large scale projects
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Visio)
  • Experience working with CRM systems and data analysis/querying
  • Understanding of operational workflows and process dependencies
  • Experience collaborating with external partners or vendors
  • 2+ years in an analyst or similar role
  • Experience in a regulated environment
  • Medicare experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a portfolio of carrier relationships as the primary operational contact
  • Lead and deliver mid-sized projects independently; support larger initiatives as needed
  • Handle escalations, analyze data, and drive resolution on complex issues
  • Partner with internal teams, carriers, and vendors to ensure seamless execution
  • Support both day-to-day operations and new implementations
  • Gather requirements, support UAT, and validate system updates and enhancements
  • Identify and drive process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce manual work
  • Ensure accuracy, performance, and SLA alignment across deliverables
  • Support onboarding, training, and ongoing development of team members
  • Provide guidance and support on escalated operational issues
