Dedicated to the technical support and optimization of virtual visit platforms integrated with Epic and Epic’s native telehealth capabilities. Analyzes, verifies, tracks and recommends for Project, Product and Solution implementation and maintenance. Liaises between various agile teams and project teams. Recommends and delivers product and solution plans and training materials throughout implementation and helps ensure smooth operations post implementation. Leads the comprehensive analysis, configuration, implementation, and optimization of complex Epic EHR applications. Independently resolves advanced, often cross-functional issues, driving significant enhancements and process improvements within specific application areas. Provides technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, collaborating with diverse stakeholders to deliver advanced technical solutions that strategically align with business objectives.
