About The Position

First Coast Home Pros is hiring an experienced Carpet Cleaning Technician to provide carpet steam cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, upholstery cleaning, and related home services. The role involves working directly with customers, operating cleaning equipment safely, recommending relevant services, collecting payments, and completing service paperwork. Technicians are expected to maintain their company vehicle and supplies, follow safety procedures, and deliver reliable, high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment with varying job conditions. Compensation is 21% commission on labor revenue from completed jobs or a guaranteed minimum of $20 per hour, whichever is higher, with additional bonus opportunities. The schedule is Monday through Friday during daytime hours, with no nights or weekends. Company vehicle, cleaning equipment, and supplies are provided for work. Technicians with strong leadership skills may have the opportunity to take on additional Team Leader responsibilities, including training team members, coordinating daily job productivity, driving a company vehicle and trailer, and helping maintain excellent customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Previous hands-on experience with carpet steam cleaning and tile and grout cleaning.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Ability to pass required background checks and drug screening.
Ability to safely handle cleaning solutions and chemicals.
Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting and carrying over 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, bending, reaching, and pushing or pulling equipment.
Willingness to follow safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment.
Strong work ethic, dependability, and willingness to learn.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities
