About The Position

This position supports a variety of commercial construction projects and works closely with superintendents and other trades to deliver high-quality work safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• Previous commercial carpentry or construction experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of carpentry tools, materials, and methods
• Ability to read tape measures and understand basic construction drawings
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather and jobsite conditions
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• OSHA 10 certification a plus (or willingness to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Perform rough and finish carpentry on commercial construction projects
• Assist with layout, framing, and trim carpentry
• Install doors, frames, hardware, millwork, and specialty items as needed
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and basic construction equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite
• Assist other trades and perform general labor duties as required
• Follow company safety policies and OSHA regulations
