About The Position

GH Construction is looking to expand and is in need of a well-rounded Carpenter. In this position, you will be working alongside experienced carpenters. We do custom interior remodels, additions, service work, build decks, and do repair work. Most of our work is with repeat customers who value our craftsmanship and attention to detail. This is a high-energy, multitasking position that is an important part of our company's growth and will require you to be detailed-oriented and extremely efficient with your time and those around you. GH Construction is known for its attention to detail and superior customer service to our clients. We are a growing construction company and looking to expand. GH Construction is a residential construction company that focuses on the client first. We build custom remodels, new homes, and ADUs and do service work for all of our clients.

Requirements

• Honest, Dependable, and punctual.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the residential construction industry (within the last 10 years).
• Must be able to multitask and work efficiently.
• Delegate tasks to optimize performance.
• Excellent Organizational skills.
• Self-starter and understands how to keep projects moving.
• Proficient at problem solving and thinking on your feet.
• Must have a sense of urgency to get jobs done.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Able to pass a background and drug test.
• Willing to work 40 hrs/week, more if needed.
