About The Position

The Carpenter in the O43 Maintenance Department performs general building maintenance. Work includes general carpentry; flooring repairs and installation; door and door hardware replacement; construction of stairs and platforms; sheetrock installation and finishing; window replacement and repair; and other carpentry tasks as assigned. The role requires working the assigned shift based on production needs, and candidates must be able to work at extreme heights or in small confined spaces.

Requirements

• Must be able to work at extreme heights or in small confined spaces.
• Must be able to kneel, squat, crawl, bend, stoop, and climb.
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
• Must be able to read and take measurements.
• Experience using general hand tools and various power tools.
• Must be able to work the assigned shift based on production needs.
• U.S. citizenship is required.

Nice To Haves

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Prior carpentry experience is a plus.
