Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to perform skilled carpentry work, including framing, installations, and repairs
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings
• Strong knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and construction materials
• Ability to produce high-quality work with precision and accuracy
• Capable of troubleshooting issues and making necessary adjustments on-site
• Must be able to handle manual labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with other tradespeople and supervisors
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to completing projects on time

Responsibilities

• Install and assemble structures, fixtures, doors, and window coverings
• Perform framing and general carpentry tasks
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Use a scissor lift to install frames when necessary
• Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials to precise specifications
• Repair and maintain existing structures as needed
• Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors on job sites
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety regulations and company protocols
