They are hiring at multiple skill levels, from experienced carpenters who can handle detailed installations independently to skilled laborers with construction experience who are eager to learn and grow. The role involves various tasks depending on experience, including carpentry, cabinet installation, remodeling, flooring, drywall repair, tile work, and basic plumbing/electrical tasks. Professionalism and a strong work ethic are essential as employees work in customers' homes. The company emphasizes quality craftsmanship and customer care.

Responsibilities
- Rough and finish carpentry
- Cabinet installation
- Crown molding, trim, doors, and detailed finish work
- Kitchen and bathroom remodeling
- Flooring installation and repair
- Drywall repair, patching, caulking, and painting
- Tile and backsplash installation
- Minor plumbing reconnects
- Minor electrical work
- Jobsite demolition and preparation
- Loading, unloading, and material handling
- General jobsite and shop work
- Maintaining a high level of fit, finish, and craftsmanship
- Reading plans, drawings, and measurements
- Working independently and solving jobsite problems
- Safely use common hand and power tools
- Accurately measure and follow instructions
- Work efficiently and stay productive throughout the day
- Take care of customers' homes, tools, equipment, and materials
- Communicate professionally with coworkers and customers
