The role involves various tasks depending on experience, including carpentry, cabinet installation, remodeling, flooring, drywall repair, tile work, and basic plumbing/electrical tasks. Professionalism and a strong work ethic are essential as employees work in customers' homes. The company emphasizes quality craftsmanship and customer care.

Responsibilities

  • Rough and finish carpentry
  • Cabinet installation
  • Crown molding, trim, doors, and detailed finish work
  • Kitchen and bathroom remodeling
  • Flooring installation and repair
  • Drywall repair, patching, caulking, and painting
  • Tile and backsplash installation
  • Minor plumbing reconnects
  • Minor electrical work
  • Jobsite demolition and preparation
  • Loading, unloading, and material handling
  • General jobsite and shop work
  • Maintaining a high level of fit, finish, and craftsmanship
  • Reading plans, drawings, and measurements
  • Working independently and solving jobsite problems
  • Safely use common hand and power tools
  • Accurately measure and follow instructions
  • Work efficiently and stay productive throughout the day
  • Take care of customers' homes, tools, equipment, and materials
  • Communicate professionally with coworkers and customers
