About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Carpenter / Handyman to join our team. In this role, you will handle a wide variety of tasks ranging from finish carpentry and general home repairs to multi-family property maintenance. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, a master problem-solver, and someone who takes immense pride in the quality of their work.

Requirements

Minimum of [e.g., 3–5 years] of hands-on experience in carpentry, residential remodeling, or general trades.
Must possess a standard set of hand and power tools appropriate for the trade.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and walk property grounds.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience providing full-scope, end-to-end maintenance and repair services for entire individual apartment or condo units is a major plus. This bonus capability means you can walk into a unit and independently handle everything from floor-to-ceiling carpentry, full drywall and trim restoration, to complete fixture updates—delivering a fully refreshed, completely serviced whole unit for the association or property manager.

Responsibilities

Perform rough and finish carpentry, including framing, drywall installation/patching, trim work, cabinetry, and installing doors/windows.
Address community repairs including deck/balcony maintenance, siding fixes, fencing, and common area upkeep.
Efficiently handle repairs, painting, and fixture updates to get vacant units ready for new residents.
Handle minor plumbing and electrical tasks (e.g., swapping fixtures, fixing leaks, clearing drains) that do not require a master license.
Interact professionally and respectfully with residents and condo owners while working in their homes.
