Requirements

- Can use hand and power tools (experience is a plus).
- Character, integrity, and a willingness to learn are what matter most.
Nice To Haves
- Has a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred).
- Previous construction or carpentry experience is helpful, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Kitchen remodeling.
- Bathroom remodeling.
- Whole-home renovations.
- Finish carpentry.
- Trim installation.
- Cabinet and vanity installation.
- Interior door installation.
- Flooring installation and preparation.
- Framing and structural remodeling.
- Demolition and jobsite preparation.
- Custom built-ins.
- Material handling and jobsite organization.
- Working alongside experienced carpenters while learning new skills every day.
- Every project is different, giving you the opportunity to develop a wide range of valuable skills.
