About The Position
T Brothers Renovations is seeking an experienced residential carpenter to join their team in Buffalo, NY. This is a full-time, year-round position with a pay rate of $25.00 – $32.00 per hour, depending on experience and skill. The company specializes in kitchens, bathrooms, additions, and whole-home renovations across Western New York. The work is detailed, and the standard is high, as clients often live in their homes during renovations. T Brothers Renovations is looking for a carpenter who takes pride in their work, can solve problems independently, and move projects forward efficiently.
Requirements
- Strong residential remodeling or carpentry experience.
- Proficiency in both rough and finish carpentry.
- High standards for quality of work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a crew.
- Dependable and productive.
- Effective communication regarding changes or issues.
- Professional conduct within a client's home.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Possession of basic hand tools.

Responsibilities
- Rough and finish carpentry.
- Interior framing, blocking, and structural modifications.
- Framing walls, creating and modifying door and window openings.
- Installing doors, windows, trim, cabinetry, and built-ins.
- Reading plans and laying out work accurately.
- Identifying and solving site problems, or flagging them the same day.
- Collaborating with field leads and other trades.
- Maintaining a clean and professional jobsite, especially within client homes.
- Mentoring less experienced team members when appropriate.
