About The Position

Carnegie Mellon University is seeking applications for the Carnegie Bosch Postdoctoral Fellowship for the Fall Semester of 2026 in the areas of artificial intelligence, cybersecurity/privacy, robotics, and sustainability. This fellowship is sponsored by the Carnegie Bosch Institute (CBI), a research center within CMU. The fellowships are two-year awards designed to support outstanding postdoctoral researchers conducting high-potential research in an excellence-driven environment. Fellows will be provided with resources, flexibility, and the environment to address significant research challenges in collaboration with their faculty hosts. This role offers opportunities to shape future research and develop academic careers. Recipients are expected to disseminate their research widely and will be provided resources for conference travel and registration.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research in the fields of artificial intelligence, cybersecurity/privacy, robotics, and sustainability.
