About The Position

TheKey is hiring caregivers to support clients in St. Louis, assisting aging adults one-on-one in their homes. The role offers weekend shifts on Saturdays and Sundays, with all shifts available and full-time and part-time schedule options. Caregivers provide personal care, companionship, mobility support, transportation, and help with household tasks. Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• HCA Registration with the State of California; TheKey can help obtain registration upon hire, including meeting state background requirements.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
• TB clearance or chest X-ray.
• Comply with state background screening requirements.
• Be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals.
• Provide companionship through social engagement, activities, and emotional support.
• Drive clients to appointments and run errands.
• Provide light housekeeping, including basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
• Provide mobility support to clients.
