Requirements

Previous experience as a Caregiver or in a similar role.
Two references are required.
Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients.
Physical stamina and strength to perform the duties of the role.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

CNA, HHA, and BLS/CPR training are a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management.
Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions.
Assist clients with mobility and transfers.
Ensure clients have a clean and safe environment.
Engage clients in conversation and provide companionship.
Monitor and report changes in a client’s condition to the appropriate supervisor.
