About The Position

Join our team and make a real difference by helping elderly and disabled individuals live safely and comfortably in their own homes. We are hiring Caregivers of all levels, including PCA, HHA, and CNA. We offer free training and certification, and are hiring in numerous towns across Massachusetts.

Requirements

• Own Vehicle and a valid driver's license
• Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking)
• Compassionate, respectful, and dependable attitude
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Commitment to following health and safety guidelines

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care (hygiene, dressing, meals)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help with light housekeeping and maintaining a clean home
• Run errands such as grocery shopping
• Prepare meals with client involvement when possible
• Provide medication reminders
• Perform routine cleaning (vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, bathrooms, etc.)
• Monitor and report changes in client condition
• Respond quickly and responsibly in emergencies
