About The Position

All Ways Caring HomeCare caregivers provide individualized care to clients in the comfort of their homes. The role supports clients’ daily needs while helping them maintain dignity, privacy, and independence. Care is tailored to people of all ages and physical conditions, including those recovering from illness, injury, or surgery, living with chronic disabilities, or experiencing the effects of aging.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• At least six months of caregiving experience, either professional or familial, including caring for a family member.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain it before the start date.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Accountability, reliability, and ability to work independently using good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals.
• Perform housekeeping duties.
• Provide companionship.
• Assist with personal hygiene care.
• Provide transportation assistance.
• Perform other light duties as assigned.
