Weekend Warrior Caregivers
About The Position
Griswold Home Care is hiring non-medical in-home caregivers in the Lehigh Valley area. Caregivers support clients in maintaining independence and dignity. The role offers weekend shifts, including days, evenings, overnights, and short shifts, with part-time or per-diem availability. Pay is $15–$18 per hour, based on experience, shift, and case complexity, and pay is weekly. The position includes a $250 sign-on bonus. Griswold emphasizes client matching, consistent scheduling, and compatibility between caregivers and clients. Requirements
- A positive, compassionate attitude and excellent communication skills.
- At least 1 year of caregiving experience.
- Ability to pass background checks.
- Two professional references related to caregiving or work history.
- A valid driver's license and auto insurance are preferred; reliable transportation is an alternative.
