About The Position

As a Caregiver at Sevita, you will help people grow, learn, and live well while developing meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve. You will support participants in pursuing developmental goals, taking part in their communities, and enjoying their favorite activities. The role includes assisting with personal hygiene and supporting individuals who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs. The schedule is full-time, Monday through Friday, during the day, with pay of $15.00 per hour.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 19 years of age.
• Communication, adaptability, multitasking, teamwork, and time-management skills.
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible.
• Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Nice To Haves

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination is preferred.

Responsibilities
