About The Position

As a Caregiver at Sevita, you will help people grow, learn, and live well while building meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve. You will support participants in taking initiative, being part of the community, and enjoying their favorite activities. You will also help with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition, assist with personal hygiene, and support individuals who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs. The role is full-time, with evening and Saturday hours, and pays $15.00 per hour.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 19 years old.
• Communication, adaptability, multitasking, teamwork, and time-management skills.
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible.
• Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Nice To Haves

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination is preferred.
