About The Position

Our caregivers provide essential non-medical care and companionship to seniors and veterans, helping them remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. If you have a caring heart and a passion for helping others, we would love to meet you! We are hiring caregivers in Beaumont and surrounding Southeast Texas communities.

Requirements

• Compassionate, dependable, and patient
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must have 2 years of caregiving experience
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and professionally
• Willingness to travel to client homes in assigned service areas
• Must successfully pass required background screening and drug screening

Nice To Haves

• Experience with gait belts and Hoyer lifts is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living
• Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping
• Provide medication reminders
• Transport clients to appointments and errands as needed
• Monitor client safety and well-being
• Encourage independence and help maintain daily routines
• Follow client care plans and communicate concerns to the appropriate office staff
• Maintain a respectful, safe, and comfortable home environment
