About The Position

We are looking for a Home Care Aide to work directly with clients in their homes, following one-on-one care plans. The role involves providing personalized, attentive care and building genuine relationships with clients. Candidates should be detail-oriented, highly organized, committed to creating a healthy environment that meets client needs, and have strong verbal and written communication skills.

Requirements

• HCA certification or CNA required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• One year of prior professional experience.
• Reliable transportation required.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities, including changing bed linens, doing laundry, cleaning, and personal care.
• Maintain records of client care, condition, progress, or problems, and report and discuss observations with a supervisor.
• Build relationships with clients by conversing or reading aloud to help keep them mentally healthy and alert.
• Provide medication reminders.
