About The Position
Exhava Home Care is seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers to support older adults in the comfort of their homes. Caregivers help clients feel safe, comfortable, respected, and supported throughout daily routines by assisting with personal care and mobility, preparing meals, and providing companionship. The role requires availability Monday through Friday and comfort providing hands-on personal care.
Requirements
- Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration.
- Current TB test results or chest X-ray documentation, as required by applicable regulations.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Valid driver's license and active auto insurance, when required for the assignment.
- Reliable and dependable, with availability to work Monday through Friday.
- Willing and comfortable providing hands-on personal care to clients.

- Previous caregiving experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with mobility, toileting, bathing, grooming, and other personal care needs, including incontinence care.
- Monitor client safety and provide companionship and emotional support.
- Assist clients with daily routines and activities.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding and hydration when needed.
- Perform light housekeeping and help maintain a clean, safe home environment.
- Document care activities and promptly communicate concerns or changes to the care team.
- Provide respectful, compassionate care while maintaining client dignity, privacy, and independence.
