About The Position

We are hiring caregivers now for four openings. This role offers full-time, part-time, or flexible scheduling options, building schedules around individual needs. The position involves providing in-home care to clients, assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, mobility, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders. Some clients may have dementia or be recovering from surgery, requiring adaptable care. Caregivers will be matched with clients based on their experience and comfort level. The agency emphasizes reliability and attentiveness as key qualities for successful caregivers, with the rest of the skills being teachable.

Requirements

• At least six months of hands-on caregiving experience (paid or caring for a family member)
• California Home Care Aide registration, or willingness to get registered
• Current TB clearance
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• Comfortable with hands-on personal care

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with bathing and dressing
• Helping clients get to the bathroom
• Assisting with safe mobility, such as moving from a chair to a walker
• Preparing meals
• Performing light housekeeping, such as vacuuming
• Reminding clients about their medications
• Providing companionship and support
