About The Position

The Resident Care Associate (RCA) provides general, non-certified routine services in accordance with established procedures and as directed by supervisors. The role is intended for candidates interested in training to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A). The position is based at Cobblestone Crossings in Terre Haute, Indiana.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 0–1 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with housekeeping and laundry, including removing trash and making or changing unoccupied beds.
• Assist with meal service, including transporting residents to and from the dining room and delivering trays.
• Provide customer service, companionship, and communication to residents; answer call lights promptly, check in with residents, and assist them with activities.
• Assist with personal care responsibilities according to state regulatory guidelines.
• Attend and participate in a training program leading to Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.) certification.
