About The Position

As a Caregiver at Sevita, you’ll help people grow, learn, and live well while building meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve. You’ll support participants in taking part in their communities and enjoying favorite activities, and help them work toward developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.

You’ll assist with personal hygiene and support individuals who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs. The role is suited to someone who is compassionate, patient, and finds meaning in this type of work.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 19 years of age.
• Communication, adaptability, multitasking, teamwork, and time-management skills.
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible.
• Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Nice To Haves

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination is preferred.
