About The Position

Right at Home is seeking a compassionate and dependable Caregiver to help seniors and vulnerable adults live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes. The role includes providing hands-on care, companionship, and support to clients and their families. The employer provides training, ongoing support, and opportunities for professional growth. The position serves clients in the Rogue Valley, including Medford, Ashland, Jacksonville, Eagle Point, White City, Central Point, Phoenix, and Talent.

Requirements

• Successfully pass a background check.
• Have reliable transportation and a valid ID.
• Demonstrate compassion, reliability, and a positive attitude.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be able to read, write, and speak English.

Nice To Haves

• Previous caregiving, CNA, PCA, HHA, or companion care experience is welcomed but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Build relationships with clients through companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with mobility and transportation.
• Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive home environment.
• Follow individual care plans and accurately document daily care notes using a mobile app.
• Communicate effectively with the office team.
