Requirements
- Compassionate, reliable, and professional individuals
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass required background checks and drug screening
- Willingness to learn and provide quality care
Nice To Haves
- Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required
- STNAs, CNAs, HHAs, and individuals new to caregiving are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with personal care and daily activities
- Prepare meals and help with light housekeeping
- Support mobility and provide medication reminders
- Communicate with the office and document care
Benefits
- Starting pay of $16/hour, with higher rates based on experience
- Additional $2/hour weekend premium
- 90-day review with a potential of up to $1/hour increase
