About The Position
Brazos Home Care is growing in the Navasota and Brenham areas and is seeking experienced caregivers who are ready to provide personal care and assistance with daily activities. The role involves supporting clients with mobility, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and offering companionship while maintaining client dignity. Caregivers will also be responsible for communicating any changes in client condition to the care team.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of hands-on caregiving experience
- Valid driver's license & reliable transportation
- Someone who works well independently and takes initiative
- A steady, trustworthy presence that clients and families can count on
Nice To Haves
- CNA/HHA certification
