About The Position

Home Helpers is seeking a compassionate, dependable caregiver to provide personalized in-home support to a female client. The role focuses on daily personal care, routine skin care for the client's legs, companionship, and helping the client maintain comfort, dignity, and independence. Wound care or wound management is not required.

This is a part-time position scheduled 2–3 days per week from 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM, with four-hour shifts. The caregiver will work in the client's home. Pay is up to $25 per hour, with applicable weekend bonuses.

Requirements

• Be comfortable providing hands-on personal care assistance.
• Be comfortable applying lotion to a client's legs as part of a routine skin care regimen.
• Be compassionate, patient, dependable, and attentive to detail.
• Be able to commit to a consistent afternoon/evening schedule 2–3 days per week.

Nice To Haves

• Previous caregiving, personal care, home care, or related experience.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with applying lotion to the client's legs as part of her regular skin care routine.
• Help maintain skin comfort and hydration through routine moisturizing.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with light housekeeping and maintain a comfortable home environment.
• Prepare light meals and snacks as needed.
• Support the client's daily routines while respecting her privacy, dignity, and independence.
