About The Position

Touchmark at Georgetown is hiring full-time Caregivers for its assisted living and memory care neighborhoods. Caregivers help residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, hygiene, dressing, mobility, and toileting. The role emphasizes providing dignified care, building relationships with residents and their families, and offering a positive, supportive presence. Caregivers also provide assistance and emotional support using the Best Friends Approach to dementia care. Available shifts are 6:00 AM–2:00 PM and 2:00 PM–10:00 PM.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certification.
• Genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment.
• Willingness to continue learning and improving skills.

• Ability to maintain patient and tactful composure when interacting with residents, family members, staff members, and visitors.
