Caregiver (NOC Shift) - Assisted Living Community - Forest Lake
About The Position
Suite Living Senior Care is seeking compassionate Caregivers for its Forest Lake assisted living and memory care community. Caregivers provide personalized support to residents, including assistance with daily living, mobility, medication administration, activities, meals, and light housekeeping. Experienced or newly certified applicants are welcome, and medication training is provided. The role is for the NOC shift, 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Part-time and full-time shifts are available; all shifts require availability to work every other weekend. New team members attend four days of paid onboarding training, Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., at the Arden Hills, Minnesota training center.
Requirements
- At least 6 months of caregiving experience; assisted living or memory care experience is preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to pass medications; training is provided.
- Team player with excellent communication, empathy, and reliability.
- Availability for the NOC shift, 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
- Availability to work every other weekend.

- CPR/First Aid knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Support residents with mobility and transfers within the facility.
- Assist with medication administration; training is provided.
- Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation.
- Provide light housekeeping and meal assistance.
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions to the leadership team.
- Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations.
