About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring compassionate caregivers, including Home Health Aides (HHA), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Personal Care Assistants (PCA), and homemakers. Experienced caregivers and people beginning a healthcare career are welcome. Free Home Health Aide training and certification are available. Caregivers support seniors in the comfort of their homes, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life. Scheduling options include morning, evening, weekend, and block shifts. PTO and medical insurance are available to employees working 30 or more hours per week. The employer also offers 401(k) matching, sign-on and referral bonuses, exclusive discounts, and AFLAC insurance after 90 days.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, reliable, and dedicated.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English at a conversational level.
- Dependable transportation to client locations.

Responsibilities
- Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Prepare meals and assist with errands.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe and comfortable home.
