About The Position

Independent Home Health is seeking compassionate and dependable caregivers to support individuals with varying needs. The role offers one-on-one care and flexible scheduling, with full-time, part-time, and weekend opportunities depending on available cases. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license or identification card.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to complete required background checks.
• Must be dependable, compassionate, and patient.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Care Aide, Personal Care Aide, Direct Care Worker, or CNA.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and friendly conversation.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
• Prepare meals and assist with daily routines.
• Help with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide mobility assistance.
• Assist with errands, shopping, or appointments when needed.
• Follow individualized care plans and document services provided.
