About The Position

The Caregiver supports senior residents at the community by providing compassionate, personalized care that promotes each resident’s quality of life and dignity. The position is open to experienced caregivers and people new to the field; on-the-job training is available, and prior experience is not necessary.

Caregivers assist residents with activities of daily living, encourage participation in community activities, provide companionship, help with meals and light housekeeping, and provide medication reminders or assistance as needed. The role requires compliance with state regulations through a screening process and residency in the state where the community operates. The listed location is Houston, Texas.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Encourage residents to participate in community activities, provide companionship, and foster social connections.

• Provide medication reminders and assist with medications as needed.
