Caregiver – 4-Day Work Week
About The Position
As a Caregiver, you will provide personal care and assist with Activities of Daily Living for RCAC, CBRF, and/or Memory Care residents of Capri Communities, while adhering to organizational and regulatory requirements. The position follows resident care plans and includes supporting residents with daily activities, mobility, transfers, medical administration and reporting, and meals. Caregivers also assist with light housekeeping in resident rooms or common areas and support resident activities. At select locations, the four-day work week offers 32 hours of work with pay for 40 hours each week, in eight-hour shifts, and eligibility for 52 paid days off per year. The schedule is available for eligible full-time and part-time positions.
Requirements
- Must be available to work every other weekend and rotating holidays.
- Must have CBRF certifications.
Responsibilities
- Follow residents’ care plans.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living.
- Assist residents with mobility and transfers.
