About The Position

Freedom Home Care is seeking a Caregiver in Owatonna to provide care for clients in Owatonna and surrounding communities within a 30-mile radius. This role offers a consistent split shift schedule, supportive leadership, and a team that values the work caregivers do. The company emphasizes clear communication, consistent schedules, and personalized client introductions to ensure caregivers feel prepared and confident. Caregivers will have consistent clients, reliable schedules, and opportunities for additional shifts. The position includes paid orientation, ongoing training, and responsive office support.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle
• Current auto insurance
• Ability to pass a Minnesota DHS Background Study
