About The Position

You'll never walk into a new client home unprepared. Before working independently with a new client, you will receive a personal introduction to the client, information about their routine and preferences, details about their care needs and expectations, and guidance on who to contact for support.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle
• Current auto insurance
• Ability to pass a Minnesota DHS Background Study

Nice To Haves

• Previous caregiving experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide care to clients in Owatonna & Surrounding Communities (30-Mile Radius).
• Work a consistent split shift schedule.
• Pick up additional shifts as they become available.
