About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide quality in-home care to seniors in Lanesborough, Massachusetts, and surrounding communities. The role supports older adults in remaining safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Applicants with caregiving experience as a PCA, HHA, CNA, or Homemaker are welcome, and people new to caregiving may also apply. The position offers $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, based on experience, skills, certifications, and qualifications. Flexible and consistent scheduling opportunities include shifts from 2 to 12 hours, day and overnight work, and weekday and weekend opportunities. Qualified new caregivers may earn a $250 sign-on bonus after completing their first 90 days, provided they work at least 20 hours per week and have no unexcused absences during that period.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and other personal care.
- Provide companionship and emotional encouragement.
- Prepare meals based on client preferences and dietary needs.
- Help with light housekeeping and laundry.
- Run essential errands when needed.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Observe clients and report changes to the appropriate supervisor.
- Help clients maintain a safe and comfortable home.
- Provide respectful, dependable, and compassionate care.
