About The Position

Waves is hiring a Caregiver (Direct Support Professional – DSP) for its Day Program to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in living meaningful, independent lives. The organization provides training and a supportive team environment. The role is performed in person and may be full-time or part-time.

The position pays $16 per hour, with an additional $1 per hour for weekend shifts. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid Tennessee driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Must be able to work in person.
