About The Position

Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in living independently, achieving personal goals, and enjoying fulfilling lives. The role focuses on building trusting relationships and empowering the people supported through daily living assistance, community participation, companionship, mentorship, and advocacy. DSPs help create meaningful experiences at home and in the community and encourage independence, confidence, and personal growth.

Requirements
