About The Position

Success Rehabilitation is hiring compassionate, dependable individuals to support adults recovering from traumatic brain injuries and neurological conditions. The role may suit experienced DSPs, caregivers, CNAs, PCAs, HHAs, residential aides, or behavioral health technicians, as well as individuals starting a career in the field. Paid training and ongoing support are provided. Immediate openings are available on all shifts.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a high school diploma or GED.
• Have a valid driver’s license.
• Be reliable, compassionate, and professional.
• Be able to lift, push, pull, and move a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Be able to independently perform client transfers, including maximum-assistance transfers.
• Be able to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and stand for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

• Experience as a DSP, caregiver, or in human services.
• CNA experience.
• PCA or HHA experience.
• Residential aide experience.
• Behavioral health technician experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities and personal care.
• Support bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meal preparation.
• Assist with client transfers and mobility.
• Transport clients to appointments and community activities.
• Administer medications after training.
• Complete daily documentation.
• Promote independence, safety, and community involvement.
