About The Position
Home Helpers Home Care of Sarasota is seeking experienced caregivers in Venice to provide in-home assistance and companionship to seniors. The role is open to caregivers with practical, hands-on experience, whether or not they have CNA or HHA certification. Caregivers provide one-on-one client care, follow individualized care plans, and communicate professionally with clients’ families and the office team. The position offers flexible full-time and part-time scheduling, primarily on weekday day shifts, along with initial and ongoing training, performance incentives, travel reimbursement, and career growth opportunities. Requirements
- Professional caregiving experience is preferred; caregivers with hands-on experience are encouraged to apply.
- CNA or HHA certification is not required.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
- Must have a clean driving record.
- Must have access to a smartphone and email.

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living and personal care.
- Provide companionship.
