About The Position

Senior Helpers of Lake Norman is hiring caregivers to provide in-home care and support to seniors. Caregivers are matched with clients based on their areas of expertise and help clients maintain the best possible quality of life through personalized care and genuine in-home connections. The role may suit people with experience in assisted living, independent living, senior living, nursing homes, home care, or healthcare, including CNAs, PCAs, RNs, new graduate RNs, LPNs, LVNs, and HHAs. Senior Helpers of Lake Norman is an independently owned and operated franchisee of SH Franchising, LLC, doing business as Senior Helpers. Senior Helpers provides services ranging from specialized care for people with chronic diseases to companionship and assistance with daily activities. Requirements

Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
Caring and compassionate attitude and enjoyment of helping others.
Willingness to learn new skills to assist clients.

Nice To Haves

Experience in healthcare, home care, assisted living, independent living, home health, medical assistance, or nursing assistance.
Credentials or experience as a CNA, PCA, RN, new graduate RN, LPN, LVN, or HHA.

Responsibilities

Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs) as assigned.
Provide companionship and emotional support through conversation and recreational activities.
Perform household tasks such as meal preparation and tidying up.
