About The Position

Ashley Manor is seeking part-time caregivers for a memory care community. The Caregiver provides compassionate support with residents’ daily routines and emotional well-being in a supportive, small-home environment. The role includes personal care, meal assistance, support with medication routines, monitoring residents’ well-being, maintaining a clean and safe living space, engaging residents in activities, and keeping accurate care records.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old, or 17 with a CNA certificate in Idaho.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Be certified in First Aid and CPR.
• Be able to lift approximately 35 pounds.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Have or obtain Certified in Medication Assistance certification within the first 45 days.
• Be committed to continuous improvement.

Nice To Haves

• CNA certification.
• Cooking experience for groups.
• Prior caregiving experience in assisted living or community service experience.
• Passion for enriching the lives of older adults.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care, including grooming, bathing, dressing, and toileting.
• Serve meals and help residents with feeding as needed.
• Support residents’ medication routines and monitor their well-being.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living space.
• Engage residents in meaningful, uplifting activities.
• Keep accurate records to support quality care.
