About The Position
Independent Home Health is hiring dependable, compassionate Caregivers for an immediate opening with a client in Beaver Springs, PA. You'll provide one-on-one, non-medical care in the client's home and help them remain safe, comfortable and independent. This opportunity may be a great fit whether you're looking for consistent evening hours, a few additional daytime hours, or part-time caregiving work that fits around another schedule.
Requirements
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Have a valid driver's license
- Have reliable transportation
- Be able to complete required background checks
- Be dependable, caring and patient
- Be available for at least some of the currently available Beaver Springs shifts
Nice To Haves
- Experience as a caregiver, direct care worker, personal care aide, home health aide, PCA, HHA or CNA is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist with bathing, dressing and grooming
- Help with mobility and everyday activities
- Prepare meals
- Complete light housekeeping
- Provide companionship and conversation
- Assist with errands or appointments when needed
- Follow the individual's care plan
- Document the services you provide
