About The Position

Independent Home Health is hiring a dependable, compassionate Caregiver for an immediate opening with a client located in Center Valley, PA. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for consistent daytime, part-time hours while making a meaningful difference in someone's daily life. You'll provide one-on-one, non-medical care in the client's home and help the individual remain safe, comfortable and independent. No professional caregiving experience? That's okay. If you're reliable, patient and enjoy helping others, we'd love to talk with you.

Requirements

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver's license
• Have reliable transportation
• Be able to complete required background checks
• Be dependable, caring and patient
• Be available Monday–Friday from 12:00 PM–3:00 PM

Nice To Haves

• Previous caregiving experience is welcome, but it is not required.
• Experience as a caregiver, direct care worker, personal care aide, home health aide, PCA, HHA or CNA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing and grooming
• Help with mobility and everyday activities
• Prepare meals
• Complete light housekeeping
• Provide companionship and conversation
• Assist with errands or appointments when needed
• Follow the individual's care plan
• Document the services you provide
