About The Position

Home Care Assistance of Greater Philadelphia is looking to hire experienced caregivers to care for their senior clients. Their mission is to "Change the way the World Ages" by providing elderly adults with quality care that enables them to live happier, healthier lives. They offer competitive pay and referral bonuses. Caregivers will be matched with clients based on schedule and experience.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a background check and start within one week.
• Excellent references from past employers and supervisors.
• Current 2 step PPD, Quentiferon gold or chest x-ray.
• A passion for the job and helping others.

Nice To Haves

• Past caregiving experience (either professionally or with family members), is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist elderly client with daily living activities, including transfers, using a hoyer lift, helping with bathing, grooming and medication reminders.
• May include light housekeeping, cleaning room, sweeping mopping, cleaning bathroom.
