About The Position

Home Care Assistance of Greater Philadelphia is looking to hire experienced and passionate caregivers to care for their senior clients. The company's mission is to "Change the way the World Ages" by providing elderly adults with quality care that enables them to live happier, healthier lives. Caregivers will be matched with one or more clients based on their schedule and experience, working one-on-one with clients. Initial interviews may be conducted via Zoom.

Requirements

• Past caregiving experience (either professionally or with family members) is preferred.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a background check and start within one week.
• Excellent references from past employers and supervisors.
• Current 2 step PPD, Quentiferon gold or chest x-ray.
• A passion for the job and helping others.

Responsibilities

• Assist elderly client with daily living activities, including transfers, using a hoyer lift, helping with bathing, grooming and medication reminders.
• Light housekeeping, cleaning room, sweeping, mopping, cleaning bathroom.
